Together with researchers and physicians we have developed an app that makes it possible for affected patients who are in quarantine to continue to be observed and the course of their disease monitored. Herrn Prof. Dr. med. Christof von Kalle (Berlin Institute of Health/ Charité University Medical Berlin), Herrn Prof. Dr. med. Leif Erik Sander and PD Dr. med. Florian Kurth (Medical Clinic with Infectious Diseases and Pneumology, Charité University Medical Berlin) developed questionnaires for documentation of COVID-19 which we implemented within the app.
You, as a patient, can now make a major contribution to coping with the current Corona crisis by documenting all of your symptoms within the mobile app. To take part in the survey, send us an email to with the request for inclusion and include information about the device to be used (Android or iOS). After receiving your information, we will send instructions on how to register and use the app. There will be a detailed instruction manual about the functionalities of the app and how you can easily document your information.
The data will not be used for advertising purposes and if no registration is made within 24 hours, your account will be deleted.
To support research, every single data record is important. For this reason, we should all try to make our contribution to improve the current situation.
