Data Lakes

To allow you to process and link your research results quickly, safely and reliably, CentraXX is already able to integrate the data storage of the Data Lake method. With Data Lake storage, the raw data of the patient samples are stored unchanged in a large “pool” of “raw data” in a first step, which enables fast analysis and simple linking of valuable findings. In a second step, the samples are integrated, prepared and saved as “refined data” in a way that is tailored to the user if desired, which guarantees a considerably higher agility and usability of CentraXX. In other words: faster breakthroughs in your work.
