New record attendance at CentraXX User Day in Berlin

The trend towards an ever-increasing number of participants at the CentraXX User Day continued in December 2017 with more than 80 participants. This time, CentraXX users from all over Germany met at the office of the “Technology and Method Platform for Networked Medical Research (TMF)”. (TMF)” in Berlin Mitte for a joint exchange of information and opinions. The large lecture hall of the TMF was packed with so many participants. In a further presentation room the participants could be shown the functionalities of the CentraXX patient App.

“It is always a pleasure to see that it is possible to generate 50% of the program from the circle of CentraXX users. This practical part of the program and the fact that many users regularly visit this real platform shows that the format is correct in terms of content and form,” Martin Zünkeler, Managing Partner of KAIROS GmbH.

An assessment that was confirmed with more than 90% approval in a survey of participants conducted for the first time. Innovations such as a controversial and extremely invigorating joint lecture (Westdeutsche Biobank Essen/Liconic/KAIROS) and the online presentation of KAIROS’ first North American customer, the “Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids)” from Toronto, this time rounded off the proven program of practical reports and presentation of the latest CentraXX release. CentraXX, the web-based research portal of KAIROS GmbH, is now in use at three of the six German health centers, 30 university clinics and other research facilities as well as at the NAKO. In addition to the Hospital for Sick Children, the second North American customer has already been acquired. KAIROS was able to make its first contact with this biotech company from Boston at the ISBER Annual Meeting 2017 in Toronto – as well as other promising contacts.
